Skills Combined® is a Swedish beauty brand that offers high-quality, multifunctional makeup products. The products are developed by makeup artists and skin therapists in Sweden and manufactured in Italy.

1. General

These terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer place an order from Skills Combined AB at skillscombined.se.
To shop with us, you need to be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
If you have any questions about your order, return or complaint, please contact us via our contact form or at info@skillscombined.se .

2. Order

When you place an order, you accept our terms and conditions. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when purchasing and will serve as a receipt.
Please check that the information in the order confirmation is correct and contact us as soon as possible if anything is wrong.

3. Prices and payment

3.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency of the country you have selected in our country selector and include applicable VAT.

Sweden: SEK including 25% VAT
Norway: NOK including 25% Norwegian VAT
Denmark: EUR including 25% Danish VAT
Finland: EUR including 25.5% Finnish VAT

Any shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before completing the order.
We reserve the right to price changes and any errors.

3.2 Payment

Payment is made via our online checkout. Depending on the country, we offer the following payment options:

4. Delivery

We deliver to Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
Current delivery options, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on country and selected delivery method.

If your delivery is delayed or has not arrived within the specified delivery time, contact us at info@skillscombined.se and we will help you.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

When you shop online, you as a consumer normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Contact us at info@skillscombined.se .

When contacting us by email, please state your name, order number and which product(s) you wish to return. After you have notified us, the product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. For products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may expire if the product's seal has been broken, when the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies.

If the withdrawal is approved, we will refund the payment in accordance with applicable law. We have the right to wait with the refund until we have received the product back or you have shown that it has been sent back.

6. Complaints

If a product is faulty, damaged or does not correspond to what you ordered, you have the right to complain about it in accordance with applicable consumer legislation. Contact us at info@skillscombined.se and provide your order number, which product the complaint applies to and a description of the fault. Please attach a picture if possible. If your complaint is approved, we will help you further in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
