About Skills Combined

Skills Combined® is a Swedish beauty brand that offers high-quality, multifunctional makeup products. The products are developed by a makeup artist and skin therapist in Sweden and manufactured in Italy.

1. General

These terms and conditions of purchase apply when you, as a consumer, place an order with Skills Combined AB on skillscombined.se.
To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have a parent or guardian’s consent.
If you have any questions about your order, returns, or complaints, please feel free to contact us via our contact form or at info@skillscombined.se.

2. Ordering

When you place an order, you accept our terms and conditions of sale. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase and serves as your receipt.
Please check that the information in the order confirmation is correct and contact us as soon as possible if anything is incorrect.

3. Prices and payment

3.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the country you have selected in our country selector and include applicable sales tax.

Sweden: SEK, including 25% VAT
Norway: NOK, including 25% Norwegian VAT
Denmark: EUR, including 25% Danish VAT
Finland: EUR, including 25.5% Finnish VAT

Any shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
We reserve the right to change prices and correct any errors.

3.2 Payment

Payment is made through our online checkout. Depending on the country, we offer the following payment options:

4. Delivery

We ship to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
Current delivery options, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the country and the selected delivery method.

If your order is delayed or has not arrived within the specified delivery time, please contact us at info@skillscombined.se and we’ll help you.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

When you shop online, as a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your order.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. You can use the cancellation feature on our website or contact us at info@skillscombined.se.

When contacting us via email, please include your name, order number, and the product(s) you wish to return. After you have notified us, the product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For products that, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return, the right of withdrawal may be waived if the product’s seal has been broken, when the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies.

If your request to cancel the purchase is approved, we will refund your payment in accordance with applicable law. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the product or you have provided proof that it has been returned.

6. Complaints

If a product is defective, damaged, or does not match what you ordered, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Contact us at info@skillscombined.se and provide your order number, the product to which the complaint applies, and a description of the defect. Please attach a photo if possible. If your complaint is approved, we will assist you in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
